The Lake Effect Rugby Conference brings together eight men's college rugby programs competing within National Collegiate Rugby (NCR) for the 2026–27 season: Alfred University, Colgate University, Ithaca College, Le Moyne College, SUNY – Brockport, SUNY – Buffalo State College, SUNY – Geneseo, University of Rochester.
