The Tri-State Men’s Collegiate Rugby Conference brings together nine men's college rugby programs competing within National Collegiate Rugby (NCR) for the 2026–27 season: Montclair State University, Bard College, Hofstra University, Molloy College, Seton Hall University, SUNY – Maritime College, SUNY – New Paltz, United States Merchant Marine Academy, Vassar College.
