Frequently asked questions

When is the first women’s Lions tour?

The inaugural women’s tour runs from September 4 to September 25, 2027, in New Zealand. It includes five matches, with three Tests against the Black Ferns.

What is the difference between a Test and a tour match?

A Test is an international match against the host national team. Other tour matches are separate fixtures against opposition such as regional or invitational teams. RFC provides a match centre for each imported game.

How can U.S. fans find viewing information?

Check RFC’s Where to Watch page and the broadcaster’s U.S. listings for the relevant match. Rights and availability can change between tours, so a previous tour’s broadcaster should not be assumed to hold future rights.

Where can I find scores, highlights and full replays?

Use the Lions Results page for verified final scores and open the individual match centre for statistics and available videos. Video coverage varies by match; a highlights clip and a full replay are labeled separately.

Why does a fixture show Kickoff TBC?

TBC means the kickoff time has not been confirmed in the source information. RFC displays the confirmed match date without inventing a time.
