As an officially recognized National Development Program (NDP), each organization demonstrates the ability to provide ongoing rugby development opportunities for athletes ages 12–25.
These programs are designed to improve player and coach development pathways into college rugby, elite club rugby, professional rugby, and USA Rugby National Team programs.
NDP organizations operate independently, supplement local club environments, and collaborate closely with USA Rugby’s High Performance Pathways department to grow the game across the country.
The Eagle Impact Rugby Academy (EIRA) Development Team is an elite youth select-side program and officially recognized USA Rugby National Development Program (NDP). It identifies and accelerates the development of top high school and collegiate rugby players (ages 12–25) to feed into USA National Teams and professional leagues.
