USA Rugby Talent ID Days are the primary athlete identification events within the USA Rugby High Performance Pathway. These events provide players with opportunities to be evaluated by pathway coaches, demonstrate their athletic potential, and progress toward future development opportunities.
Talent ID Days are athlete evaluation events designed to identify rugby players who demonstrate the skills, athleticism, coachability, and long-term development potential required for progression within the USA Rugby pathway.
Athletes participate in rugby-specific activities, athletic testing, position-based drills, and competitive exercises while being observed by USA Rugby coaches and talent identification staff.
